Course Overview

The OTHM Level 3 Diploma in Business Management is a 120-credit qualification (equivalent to two A Levels) designed to develop learners’ understanding of key business concepts and essential management practices.

This programme has been developed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to operate effectively within a business environment — both independently and as part of a team. Strong business management skills are vital for driving organisational success, and this diploma provides a solid foundation for further study or entry-level employment.

Progression

How It Works

How it works

Students on our Business Management course complete a flexible, online Level 3 OTHM diploma (120 credits) designed to build essential business skills. Each module includes 40 hours of guided learning plus 30–50 hours of optional activities.

To finish the course, you’ll complete six online assignments, each 2,000–3,000 words. After passing, you’ll receive an OTHM diploma and can top up to a bachelor’s degree at various UK universities.

Course Modules

The Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Business Management includes six modules (20 credits each):

Communication for Business
The Business Environment
People Management
Customer Service
Finance in Business
Marketing

You’ll complete six written assignments, each around 2,000–3,000 words.
Support for all modules and assignments is available through the Tutor section of the learning platform.

Entry Requirements

Am I eligible for this programme?

You can enrol in the Level 3 Accounting course if you are at least 16 years old and have a full secondary education.
If you don’t meet these requirements, you may still qualify through relevant work experience.
