This fully online course can be started at any time and completed at a flexible pace, with up to 5 years to finish. Each module includes 40 hours of guided learning, plus an additional 30–50 hours of optional study materials, including exercises, readings, and self-tests.

Students complete six written assignments, each approximately 2,000–3,000 words, with tutor support available throughout the course. Upon completion, learners receive the Level 7 Diploma in Business and Organisational Psychology, which provides 120 credits toward an MBA qualification.

Am I eligible for this programme? 

To enrol on this Level 7 programme, you must be 21+ years old.

Learners will be expected to hold a level 6 qualification or a first degree. In certain circumstances, managers with considerable experience but no formal qualifications may be considered.
