Adina Tulbure

Mrs. Adina is a seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience in teaching, curriculum innovation, and educational leadership across Romania, the UK, and Ghana. A graduate of the National Pedagogical College "Constantin Brătescu" in Constanța, she began her career teaching in underserved schools, where she developed a deep commitment to equity in education. Her background includes a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from Ovidius University, an MSc in International Maritime Law, and a UK qualification in Mathematics Teacher Training. She has taught in both elite and disadvantaged settings, championing access to quality education for all students, particularly those from vulnerable backgrounds. Adina has led award-winning projects that blend technology and creativity in the classroom, including one of Romania’s first multimedia educational tools, which secured a €500,000 grant for digital inclusion in rural schools. Her cross-sector collaborations promote interdisciplinary learning through theatre, coding, and community engagement. Her work has been recognised by the Ministry of Education in Romania, the World Book of Records in the UK, and the Global Education Summit in Rome, where she received the Honoris Causa distinction for her contribution to global learning and youth empowerment. Through her ongoing efforts, she advocates for inclusive, innovative, and transformative education that transcends borders and challenges.
