How It Works
Students on the Level 3 Employability and Workplace Skills course complete an online OTHM diploma (60 credits) designed to develop the essential skills needed to succeed in the workplace.
The course is fully online and flexible, allowing you to start at any time. Each module includes 40 hours of guided learning, plus 30–50 hours of optional activities, such as exercises, readings, digital resources, and self-test tasks.
To complete the qualification, you’ll submit six online assignments, each approximately 2,000–3,000 words. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive your OTHM Level 3 Diploma, which can be used to top up to a bachelor’s degree at selected UK universities.
