Course Overview

Our Level 4 & 5 Tourism and Hospitality Management online course equips students with the skills needed to excel in the hospitality and tourism industry. Accredited by OTHM and recognised by the Institute of Hospitality, the programme covers food and beverage operations, housekeeping, customer service, health and safety, accounting, marketing, public relations, team management, and corporate social responsibility.

The Level 4 modules and assignments are equivalent to the first year of a university degree, while Level 5 modules correspond to the second year. Completing both levels provides a 240-credit qualification, allowing progression to the final year of an undergraduate degree at a UK university, either on campus or via distance learning.

How it Works

Students can complete a Level 4 OTHM Diploma (120 credits), Level 5 OTHM Diploma (120 credits), or the combined Level 4 & 5 Diploma (240 credits).

The course is fully online and flexible, with a maximum completion period of 5 years. Each module includes guided learning hours and optional study materials, including exercises, readings, and self-test tasks.

To complete the course, students submit online written assignments. Level 4 and Level 5 together include a total of 12 assignments (approx. 2,000–3,000 words each). Upon completion, students receive their diploma(s) and are eligible for progression to a UK bachelor’s degree top-up.

Students also benefit from 1-to-1 tutor support, webinars, social learning forums, and additional resources throughout the programme.

How it Works

Am I eligible for this online business course ?

 You must be at least 18 years old and have a full secondary education, meaning you must have a minimum of 2 A-levels or equivalent.
