Students can complete a Level 4 Diploma (120 credits), Level 5 Diploma (120 credits), or a combined Level 4 & 5 Diploma (240 credits) in Human Resource Management, gaining the practical skills needed for a career in HR.
The course is 100% online with flexible start dates. Each module includes 40 hours of guided learning plus 30–50 hours of optional activities, such as exercises, readings, and self-tests.
Assessment is via written assignments: 10 at Level 4 and 6 at Level 5, each 2,000–3,000 words. On completion, learners receive their Level 4 and/or Level 5 HRM diploma and can progress to a final-year top-up degree at a UK university.
Throughout the course, students have access to 1-to-1 tutor support, webinars, social learning forums, and additional resources to help complete the diploma successfully.
