How It Works
How It Works
Students enrolled in our People and Organisations course complete the Level 3 OTHM Foundation Diploma (60 credits), designed to develop the practical skills and knowledge needed to succeed in management and organisational roles.
The course is delivered fully online, allowing you to start at any time and study flexibly. Each module includes 40 hours of guided learning, plus an additional 30–50 hours of optional activities such as exercises, readings, digital resources, and self-assessment tasks.
To complete the qualification, learners submit 6 online assignments, each approximately 2,000–3,000 words. Upon successful completion, students are awarded the OTHM Level 3 Diploma, which can be used to progress to a bachelor’s degree top-up at selected UK universities.
